This poor schmuck is Kevin Hart. He's seen here on National Signing Day picking California over the University of Oregon in his high school's gym, in front of friends, family, coaches, and the local television station. Problem is, neither one of these schools were recruiting him. As a matter of fact, no schools were recruiting him.
